Where required, we can give general guidance on buildability, likely budget range, drawings, planning permission and building regulations.

Drawings and specification
If drawings or permissions are needed, we can work alongside your architect or introduce you to one of our trusted architectural partners.

Detailed quotation
We provide a detailed, itemised quotation so you can clearly see what is included. This allows for proper comparison and helps avoid confusion later.

Written contract
Once the project is agreed, we provide a written contract setting out the scope of work, payment terms and agreed responsibilities.

Project planning
We organise the programme, materials, trades and site requirements before work begins.
